    Hello Ruben,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, it is possible to change the existing user of a device to a new one. On the remote actions area of any device, upon clicking “Change Owner”, a popup will open assisting you in the process.
Here you can change the user after three steps.
You will have to choose which domain you want to select a user from amongst all your available, configured domains.
Then, you must choose which user you want to assign your device to.
There is an option available to delete the old user’s location history. Checking this option will delete the location history of the device while enrolled with the old user.

You will just have to click “Assign” to enroll the device under your new user.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, on changing the owner of a device, the policies associated with the previous owner will be removed from the device. Also, the policies associated with the new user will take effect on the device.

If mandatory apps have been pushed to the device via policy associated with the previous owner, the apps will be removed if the option ‘Remove apps from the device on policy removal’ under iOS > App Management > Mandatory Apps has been enabled in the policy.

Please check out our help doc on assigning the device to a new user for more info.

    Cheers!
