I understand that the location services need to be turned on iOS devices from user end to track location. Can I know if this is the reason that I’m not able to track? Can I know if it is turned off without having iPhone in my hand?

Yes, you will be able to find from the Hexnode portal if the Location Services has been enabled on an iOS device:
- Please navigate to Manage-> Device and click on the desired device. You will be directed to the Device Summary page.
- Go to the Device info sub-tab. Below the section Device info, it will be displayed if the location services have been enabled on the device or not.
