Alert on disconnecting wifi

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can get notified when the devices are offline for more than a specific period of time.

• Navigate to Admin-> General settings.
• Beneath the Inactivity Settings will be the option to set the time duration, such that if the device is found to be offline for the specified duration or more, it will be marked as inactive.
• When the device is inactive for a period of time, it can be marked as non-compliant and the Admin/User can be notified via email. Enable the ‘Device becomes inactive’ option under ‘Compliance Settings’ to mark the device as non-compliant when it becomes inactive.
• Navigate to Admin > Notifications > Notify the administrators/associated users on, and enable the ‘Device out of compliance’ option to get notified when the device becomes non-compliant. Click here to know more about Notifications.
