Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Seems like you are receiving a blocked package error.
You can add the blocked package as a background app. Please follow the below steps for the same:

  1. Navigate to Apps->+Add Apps->With Bundle ID.
  2. Enter a name and category for the application
  3. Provide the blocked package name next to the bundle ID and click Add

Once the app is added to the inventory, please add it to the background app.
Navigate to Android Kiosk Lockdown-> Background Apps. Click Configure. Click on the ‘+’ icon and add the app that was just created. Associate targets and save the policy.
