unlock a mac device

We do not have a feature to unlock the Mac device.
However, you can add Admin account to DEP enrolled macOS devices by enabling the ‘Configure user accounts’ in the DEP policy. On enabling the option, you will have to set up the Full name, Account name, Password, etc..
On associating the DEP policy to the device an admin user will be added. The admin user will be capable of managing and adding other users. So, if a user has lost his password the device can still be managed using this Admin account.
