Hi, we recently purchased 50 licenses in additional to previously available licenses. How can I check the total number of license available now?

The total number of licenses is displayed as Total device count on the Hexnode portal. To see the total device count, choose any of the two steps.
- Go to Admin > License.
- Click on the user icon on the top right corner of the Hexnode portal. Then, go to Billing > Subscription.

Our company has deployed some more devices for work. Hence, we are planning to buy new technicians for handling the devices. so far, 5 technicians have been used. I’d like to know how many technicians are there left to use before buying new ones.

You can find the total number of technicians on the Admin > License > Upgrade/Renew > Subscription page. The number of technicians included in your plan is displayed below the current plan section, and any additional technicians purchased are listed in the Add-ons section.
Also, if you are planning to buy new technicians, check out our doc on purchasing new technicians to get this job done.
