I apply policies to devices based on group associations, so it is dynamic.
Right now, we need to exclude some devices from some of the rules in the policies, but there’s no way to add a device as being excluded from the policy.
I created another policy and manually applied it to the devices, but the dynamic policy is still applied

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Should you need to remove a device from a dynamic device group, please fetch some information of the device like how it is named in Hexnode or the device’s serial number etc.
Subsequently, you can open the dynamic device group where the device is added in, and choose to add an exception to this particular device in the criteria. We have chosen to remove the device named “Device 1” for example:
This shall remove the device from the device group, and subsequently remove the policy. However, please note that this shall remove the entire policy, and not just a few parts.
