On trying to deploy apps to windows devices, it fails. What could be the reason?

I have MSI apps and also app that is not from windows store. Is that the reason?

Non-Windows store apps are not supported on Windows 10 S. All MSI apps are supported on devices with Windows version 1607 and above.
