More Conditions (criteria) is needed on the Dynamic Groups

Hello,

Is it possible to include more conditions for the creation of dynamic groups? (macOS)

Many times I need to create dynamic groups based on a specific application that is installed, or even specific bersion of application that is installed, in order to trigger some actions.

There is also a need to be able to scope Custom Script Execution. Currently we only have the option to execute on specific endpoint, or, a manually selected number of endpoints. I really wish we could scope a sript to a dynamic group.

Is this something that is on the developers scope?

    Hello @sandros, welcome to Hexnode Connect!

    We will raise the feature request to include an app-based criteria to create dynamic device groups. We’ll keep you updated once we discuss its feasibility with the team.

    Regarding custom script execution within a dynamic group, the feature is already available. You can choose a dynamic group from Manage > Device Groups and click on the Actions drop-down to select the Execute Custom Script option. With this action, you can deploy a custom script to all the macOS/Windows devices present in the group.
