Hey, Thanks for reaching out.

The kiosk active devices list all the devices that are presently locked down into kiosk mode through  Hexnode.
The Kiosk enabled devices lists all the devices to which a kiosk policy has been associated. These devices at present may/may not be locked down into a kiosk mode.
