Issue while wiping the device

Hi, I started the wipe on my testing, but it’s not in a weird status. The tablet still works correctly, but I can’t control it anymore.

    Hey Jerry! Once the device is completely wiped, which also removes the Hexnode MDM app, you would not be able to control the device.

    You can re-enroll the device to start managing it again. You can also set hexnode MDM as a system app so that a device wipe doesn’t remove it.
