Just trying to work out how to turn on the supervision on an iPAD. Have done the Apple configurator for the iPAD but it is still ‘unsupervised’. Thanks

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
The probable cause for this error is that the Apple Configurator has cached an expired certificate.
Please follow the below steps for solving this:
- Go to Apple Configurator menu and choose Preferences.
- Select the Servers tab.
- Select the desired Hexnode MDM server and click on the ‘-’ button at the bottom to delete it.
Please try to re-enroll the device now. When asked to enroll in the MDM server, choose New Server to configure a new MDM server.
