Hey there, i just wanted to reach out and ask about how long does it normally take to wipe a device? Hexnode has been showing pending for the past 5 minutes

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Generally, the device gets wiped within a short period of time after the action has been initiated. However, there can be a delay of few minutes. Please note that the device has to be connected to a strong network for the wipe action to be successful.
