Help on rooting devices to use remote control with Hexnode MDM

could you please advice for rooting program or any way to be able to use remote control function.my device is a tablet “Seal”. android 6.0.1

    Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The remote control can be enabled only on Samsung Knox and rooted devices. Rooting in Android lets the user gain root access on their devices. The user will be able to unlock the OS and do just about anything on the device. Check out our help doc on Rooting in Android devices for more info.
    Please be careful while trying to root the device. If not done correctly, you may end up bricking your device.
