I’m afraid that the GPS can be enforced only on Samsung Knox, LG GATE and Kyocera business phones.
To force the GPS on the above listed devices, please navigate to Android-> Advanced Restrictions-> Allow location settings. You will be able to find the below options:
GPS: Allow users to turn GPS on/off.
Force GPS to fetch location: Force GPS to be always ON. Users won’t be able to turn it OFF.
Please enable the above options in the policy to force the GPS on the target devices.
