Enterprise app installation getting stuck at the “Initiated’ state in macOS

Guys I was trying to install an Enterprise app on my iPhone 5s but the status was getting stuck at “Initiated” for a long time. But no specific reasons were being shown so I couldn’t really understand the reason behind this. Can someone help me identify the possible reasons behind this error message?

    Hey Zosia,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

In macOS devices, enterprise app installation may fail due to the following reason:

    • The Bundle ID may be missing from the package info file – You can contact the app developer to rebuild the package file along with the bundle ID. In this case, the app installation status will get stuck in the “Initiated” state.

Hope this answers your query. You can check out the troubleshooting doc on app installation errors for macOS devices. If you have any further questions, you can always reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to help you out.

    Cheers!
