Hi. I’ve got an iPad in Kiosk mode that has lost his wifi and 4G connection. Is there a way to quit the kiosk mode from the iPad?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Since the device is not connected to a network, the only way to exit the Kiosk mode is by using an Apple Configurator:

  • Connect the iOS device to a Mac using Apple Configurator 2.
  • Open the Apple Configurator and the device will be displayed.
  • Right-click on the device, click on Remove and select Profiles.
  • Select the kiosk profile from the list of all the installed profiles and click Remove Profiles.
  • A confirmation box appears, click Remove.

Need more help? Check out the help doc disabling kiosk mode using Apple Configurator.

Cheers!
