Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can block outgoing calls on Android devices using Hexnode MDM.
Please navigate to Android->Advanced Restrictions->Allow Device Functionality. Disable the ‘Make a call’ option. This will prevent the users from initiating calls on their devices.
