Hexnode lets you update the OS of your devices while they are in kiosk mode. When the update is initiated, the device will shut down and install the latest available firmware. Once the OS has been successfully updated, the device will automatically go back into kiosk mode.

However, there could be slight behavioral changes as the OS update is handled by Android, not by the Hexnode UEM app. Hence, there could be slight delays for the kiosk mode to get enabled.
