I’ve had several users now comment that their phone receives an Access Denied message when they receive calls. They are unable to answer and the only way to clear the message is to restart the phone.

It would be great if you could provide us with a bit more context to troubleshoot the issue. Namely:
- Operating system
- Enrolment type
- Subscription plan
- Error message displayed
- Policy configuration summary
- List of blacklisted/whitelisted apps (if any)
We can narrow down the possible causes with this information.
