To make Hexnode work for our business I need:
Super Admin Access: (this is what is already in place) All controls and reports
Manager Access: Control of individual devices that the Super Admin assigns (as well as specific reports and functions)

The ‘Admin’ role does give the technician overall control of the portal.
As for the managerial control of individual devices and access to specific reports and features, we understand why this would be handy. I’ll notify the team and include this in our roadmap.
