passing SSO authentication to 3rd party mobile application

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Currently Hexnode involves the process of authenticating enrollment via our own enrolment processes, as well as integrations with third parties.

When it comes to Hexnode’s authentication, this is an SSO where users receive an email with the credentials to be used for authentication.

Apart from this, users can continue to authenticate via the below mentioned IDPs:

• Microsoft Server based Active Directory
• Microsoft Azure based AD
• Google based G-Suite user authentication
• Okta

But at the moment, we do not support SAML based authentication for the enrollment process/ for technician login. However, if you could share with us, your business email address, to mdm-support@hexnode.com; we will subsequently append your email to the notification queue of this feature.
