Hello Claire,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The scenario you described is not a glitch but is the typical workflow of the feature web content filtering. Blacklisting a URL in web filtering blocks access to it in the browsers, but users can still access the corresponding app. To prevent this, blacklist the apps in iOS and Android.
