Thank you for reaching out to us.

You had to go through this unpleasant situation because even though the apps were installed on the device, the status of the apps might not have been updated in the portal. The apps that were not removed might still be in the “Pending” status. Make sure to perform a “Scan Device” action before you remove a policy so that the current statuses of the apps are updated in the portal.
