We have merged the restrictions ‘Use storage card’ and ‘USB connection’ into a single ‘Use storage card and USB drives’ restriction under Policies > Windows > Restrictions. This setting enables/disables USB drives and storage cards on your devices.
What does this mean to your existing policies?
If you have configured either of the previous restrictions, the portal will translate that into applying the USB drivers and storage cards restriction to your devices. And if neither of the previous restrictions has been configured, the USB permissions will be retained as before. So, the update should not affect your existing configurations.
