I have a question regarding updating enterprise apps on an Android device. I have uploaded using the APK file and now I need to update the app with the new APK file. So, if I have set it as mandatory apps, will the app be updated automatically? Or do I need to install manually again?

No, you don’t have to manually install it again. If you would like to update the Enterprise App, you can go to the app inventory and replace the old APK file with the new one.
If the app was pushed to the device via a policy, then the app gets updated on the device provided the policy remains associated with the device. Please do change the version code and version name of the new APK file before updating.
