Hi There, I was wondering if there was some way to search for a device other than its name? One of the other techs have incorrectly named 2 devices and the only way I can think of narrowing it down is by searching for their serial numbers. Do you know if it would be possible to search via serial number? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

It is possible to search for a device via serial number. Go to Management > Devices, enter the serial number in the search box and click Enter. You can also search for the devices using Device ID, Device Model, User Name, Device Platform, Device Type, Enrolled Time and so on.
