Since the device runs on the Android operating system, it should be compatible with Hexnode UEM. Are there any errors or popup messages displayed when trying to use the fingerprint?

You may need to whitelist an additional app for the fingerprint sensor to work in kiosk mode. In the Hexnode UEM portal, navigate to Policies > Kiosk Lockdown > Android > Peripheral Settings > App Settings and enable Show blocked package name on the device.

When this option is enabled, a toast message will appear on the device naming the required app, if there is any. If this is the case, please add the app to the Hexnode app inventory and whitelist it in the kiosk mode.
