Hey, Thanks for posting.
We currently do not have a feature to push a specific iCloud account to a device.
However, if the ‘Modify an account’ option is disabled in the Advanced restrictions it will block the user’s ability to delete an already configured account, create a new account and change the password of an account on the device. The modification of app accounts from device settings will also be blocked by this.
