I am testing out HexNode as part of the trial, and for my second test device I’m seeing this error under the device’s Policies tab in the portal:

  • Hexnode Access requires Hexnode Agent app version 8.0.0 or above to be installed on the device..
  • [‘password->MinDevicePasswordComplexCharacters->Command failed.’]

The first PC I’ve tested doesn’t show this (strangely it just shows “pending” instead) so I’m trying to understand why this new PC is failing to enforce the policy (a simple passcode/windows policy I setup).

Note the first error about the Agent app version seems completely wrong, as HexNode is showing a higher version in the Enrollment Details on the web portal:
