This seems to be a common issue being faced by users after updating their devices to iOS 15 beta. In such cases you can try the resolve it in the following ways:

1. Configure network access.
   1. Open the Settings app.
   2. Navigate to your VPN app settings. You can do so by scrolling down to the list of apps.
   3. Click on Wireless Data.
   4. Ensure that WLAN & Cellular Data is opted for the VPN app.
2. Turn on and turn off Airplane mode.
   1. Turn on Airplane Mode. You can do so from the Control Center or the Settings app.
   2. Wait for at least 30 seconds.
   3. Turn Airplane Mode back off.
   4. Check if you can access the Internet now.

If the problem persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the VPN app.
