Hey everyone,
I am trying to block the Samsung free app on my galaxy devices. While setting up the blacklist policy, I was not able to find the app in the app search area. The app is not listed in the portal. Anyone has a workaround for this?

Hey @96anneette,
Welcome to the Hexnode family.
To blacklist the Samsung Free app, search and block the Bixby Home app (App ID: com.samsung.android.app.spage). Blocking the Bixby Home app will automatically blacklist the Samsung Free app on the target devices.
