Hello,
I would like the ability to choose which orientation the app is displayed in kiosk mode. Currently, you can disable rotation. However, this just locks the rotation in the current state (at least for iOS). I believe there should be a dropdown next to this checkbox that allows you to chose from;

We currently do not have an option which would allow you to set the screen orientation on iOS single app kiosk mode. This, however, appears to be feasible. We will raise a request to have this feature added.
