If you have configured the Kiosk Exit password through a policy, this password should be used for exiting the kiosk. Please navigate to Kiosk Lockdown-> Android Kiosk Lockdown-> Kiosk Exit Settings and check if you have configured the same.
If the password has not been configured through policy, the global exit password is used.
