Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please navigate to Policies and click on the kiosk policy. Navigate to Kiosk Lockdown-> Android Kiosk Lockdown-> Single-App/Multi-App and add the desired app. Confirm that the policy targets are associated and click Save. The app will now be added to the kiosk.
For Enterprise apps, if the app is not already present on the device, it may get silently installed or a wrench icon may appear on the device screen. This will depend on the type of device deployed.
In case of store apps, the app must be installed on the device before applying the kiosk policy.
