I have recently taken over a Hexmode system that appears to have several devices that they no longer have. The devices havent been seem on the console for a year or more.
How do I disenroll and delete them?

Hello @Tanone , thank you for reaching out to us.
You can disenroll the devices you no longer use and remove them from the list displayed in the Hexnode UEM portal. All you’ve got to do is navigate to the Manage tab and select the device you want to disenroll. Then, select Disenroll Device from the Actions drop-down.
Once the Disenrollment initiated banner is displayed, select Mark as disenrolled from the Actions drop-down.
