Error while signing in to my Apple IDSolved

Hi Hexnode Community,

I tried signing to my Apple ID from Macbook. But, the sign in is unsuccessful and raises a message “MOBILEME_CREATE_UNAVAILABLE_MAC”. Has Hexnode got to do anything with it? Please help.

Now, I also come across something like the number of IDs that can be used exceeded the limit amount on this Mac? Is this some kind of a restriction?

Happy to help! Sometimes, you may come across similar messages on a Mac while you attempt to agree to the terms and conditions of iCloud. Yet, Hexnode does not enforce any restriction limiting the number of Apple IDs signed in on the device. Specific workarounds can help you overcome this situation. Perform these operations on the device end.

  1. Log out
  2. Sleep
  3. Wake
  4. Restart
  5. Shut down

However, if the issue persists:

  1. Restart the device in Safe mode.
  2. Try connecting the device to a different Wi-Fi network.
  3. Update the device to the latest macOS version.
