Error pop up in kiosk mode windowsSolved

we had a hiccup with our windows devices in kiosk mode … basically our devices are deployed under multi app kiosk mode at store fronts, and errors pop up now and then which say certain apps are blocked….

For example

??\C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelGraphicsExperience_1.100.2731.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt\GCP.ML.BackgroundSysTray\IGCCTray.exe was prevented from running.

Aren’t these meant to be blocked ?!.. , how can we avoid these

Hi, @teo__miller!

Thank you for your inquiry!

This seems to be a process triggered by the Intel Graphics driver. It is a necessary process that needs to be run.  Since it is a store-based app, it can be easily added to the multi-app kiosk policy. Ensure you match the app identifier and version, in this case, “AppUp.IntelGraphicsExperience _1.100.2731.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt” as you search for the Local app to add to the kiosk. Go ahead and refer to our help doc on how to lock down Windows devices in multi-app kiosk mode for more info. Ensure to add all such background processes to the kiosk policy to prevent interruptions. It should prevent those errors from showing up.

We hope this answer suits your requirement
