The question is about removing iPads from our account – if I just “delete” will the iPad policy be deleted and the iPad will be free for use?

ModeratorHey, Thanks for posting.
You will have to disenroll the device from the Hexnode portal to fully remove the configurations that were associated to the device from the portal.
To disenroll a device, please navigate to the Manage tab and select the desired device, click on the Actions button and choose the ‘Disenroll Device’ option.
