I was going through the device and noticed that user had apps that we didn’t authorize on there.The device appears compliant though.Why is that so?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Hexnode can mark the device as non-compliant if blacklisted apps are present or mandatory apps are absent on a device. For this navigate to Admin-> General Settings-> Compliance Settings, enable the option ‘Device is not application compliant‘. Click Save. Now the devices will be marked as non-compliant if any of the blacklisted apps are present on the device.
