Hey Elvira, thank you for reaching out to us!

This is because two-factor authentication has been enabled for your Apple ID. The code you’re referring to is an extra step towards security by Apple. This code can be viewed on your trusted devices. Trusted devices are other Apple devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID.

There are different ways you can receive your verification code – you can either view it on your trusted devices as mentioned, receive a text message or a phone call or even generate a code from your trusted devices.

Hope this clears your query.

Cheers!

Thank you, April! It worked perfectly. Now, I applied kiosk mode on my Apple TV. But there’s no app on the screen..strange. Anyway, what do I do now?

Hey Elvira, thanks for reaching out to us!

If the enterprise app for which kiosk mode has been configured is missing on your device, it will freeze in an inoperable mode.

In order to use the device, you will have to remove the kiosk policy from the device.

Hope this clears your query.

Cheers!
