Too much of spammers/bots trying to access the online accounts! Don’t you wanna enhance the security of your Hexnode portal too?
With Hexnode’s CAPTCHA enabled technician login, you can now configure CAPTCHA either globally or for individual technicians. CAPTCHA settings can be configured under Admin tab, where you can input the number of failed login attempts after which CAPTCHA is to be enabled.
Here is where you can configure this!
- Navigate to Admin > Technician and Roles > Enable Global CAPTCHA settings.
- Provide the number of failed login attempt to enable CAPTCHA & Save.
