Calendly.com -> Hexnode BrowserSolved

Hi,

I have allowed a particular site through the application settings for the Hexnode Kiosk Browser. On one of the subsites there is a scheduling system where you can book an appointment/meeting. This system uses Calendly.

I have added calendly.com and a whole bunch of sites to the allow list, but I couldn’t get it to work. I even removed the [“*”] from the block list on a test device, and it still won’t work.

The website loads and all, just the section on the site is blank where the calender/schedule/appointment thing sits.

I have also tried allowing javascript and allowing all popups, but still no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Justin, welcome to Hexnode Community!

The issue is probably because the calendar/scheduler is loaded from another URL that you may not have whitelisted. Even if the URL is a subdomain of https://calendly.com/, it has to be whitelisted separately.

Please give it a try and let us know.

Thanks for the reply Chloe.

I had cleared any blacklists and whitelisted [“*”] but didn’t get anywhere.

I did however add [“*”] to the allow cookies from these sites field. It now works on my test device, hopefully soon we will see if it works with the user devices.

Cheers

Justin
