    Hi. I can’t seem to add a new app to my android device through a policy. It’s a new app that has never been installed on the device. Once I add it to mandatory list of apps for a policy nothing happens in Kiosk mode on tablet. I can add already installed apps and they show up on the kiosk main screen and can’t figure out how to add and install new ones. Thanks

    Hi Maire,

    Only the apps that are already installed on your device are displayed in the kiosk view. However, you can install apps remotely before setting them mandatory. I am providing the list of devices which are required to install apps while in kiosk mode:

    Any apps you pushed via a policy or pushed manually are installed silently on the device. After the app is installed, you can retry displaying the app in kiosk mode.
