Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can set app-wise data restrictions for Android devices. Please navigate to Android-> Mobile Data Management-> App-wise Restrictions. Click on the ‘+ Add App’ and select the desired apps. Click ‘Next’ and you will have the option to block Wi-Fi, mobile data or all network connections. The option to associate no such restrictions is also present.
You can choose the option to not apply any data restriction for the Hexnode app and can apply data restrictions for the other apps in the devices.
