Kiosk mode would work perfectly for our manufacturing plant if after reboot, the app would delay from opening for a specified amount of time. The problem we are facing is the app opens before networking (wifi) is established and the app goes into an error which requires the end-user to click retry. If we had a way to set a delay on the apple tv app startup so the apple tv has time to establish connectivity, that would help to make kiosk mode completely hands off for us.

Assuming you’re dealing with in-house apps, have you considered modifying the app to remain idle until a network connection is established?
