Hey, Thanks for reaching out

  • The device details displayed on the portal, such as the battery level gets updated after every scan. The automatic scan happens every 15 minutes.
  • Also, you can schedule the device scan by navigating to Admin-> General Settings-> Scheduled Device Scan. The scan can be scheduled on a daily or weekly basis.
  • To manually initiate the scan on devices, navigate to the Manage tab, select the desired devices, and choose the ‘Scan Device’ option by clicking on the Actions button.
