Adjust screen brightness in kiosk

Can you help me figure out why I cannot seem to allow the tablet users to adjust the screen brightness? i have “user can adjust brightness” enabled in the Kiosk Lockdown settings

    Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please make sure you have enabled the ‘Modify Settings’ option under Advanced Restrictions in Android.
    Enabling this won’t make the user capable of accessing the settings if you haven’t added the settings app in kiosk policy and have disabled status bar.
