Clear apps from the background when user leaves the app in Android Kiosk

expand collapsive

Hi guys, wondering if you can give us some advice. We have staff that use andoid tablets out and about and they’re locked down with kiosk mode.
Is there a way to close all open apps without having access to the button which shows all open apps? (I hope that makes sense!)

Hey, Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help.

Please navigate to the Android Kiosk Lockdown > Peripheral Settings > App Settings. Enabling the ‘Clear apps from the background when user leaves the app’ option will clear the app from the background when the user leaves the app. Exiting or minimizing will kill the app and on relaunching, the app will be started afresh.

Kindly use the help link of Peripheral Settings for more insights.

    Cheers!
