Notifications on the Hexnode messenger

Hey Alisha! You will get notifications on your device, it just behaves differently in Android and iOS devices. If the device is an Android device, you will

get a popup on your phone with the message which can be viewed instantly and can be viewed for later. The message will be stored in the hexnode app in the messages tab.

If the device used is an iOS device, the notification would be viewed as a regular app notification on the device but once viewed there is no way to read it again nor the message will be displayed in the app.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

In the case of Windows devices, the Hexnode app will get automatically installed on the device, on being enrolled into the MDM. Open the Hexnode MDM app and allow Hexnode to show notifications, for the messages broadcasted by the admin to be shown on the device.
On Windows 10 PC, messages are shown in the notification area. Please use the below screenshots for reference:
